Returning to work after caring for family after 7 years as a pharmacy technician

I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
