Returning to work after caring for family - 6 months and counting

I stepped out for 6 months to care for a family member and now want to return. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have been taking an online course.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
