Returning to work after caring for family - 25 weeks in

I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. Any experience at all would help. I want flexible hours. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
