Returning to work after caring for family - 21 weeks in

I stepped out for 10 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.

Some employers run returnship programmes. Search for them in San Diego.
