Returning to work after caring for family - 13 weeks in

I stepped out for 2 months to care for a family member and now want to return. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want flexible hours. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
