Returning to work after caring for family - 12 weeks in

I used to work as a hotel front-desk agent and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have been taking an online course. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
