References when my manager was laid off too - any advice?

Kwame Jansen · 2026-05-23T19:40:15.805Z

The company closed and I am not sure how to reach former colleagues. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have one former client who liked my work. How do you ask politely?

Use a professional network to find a former manager. Many will still write a note.
