Re-entering the job market after caregiving (update)

I used to work as a customer-service rep and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
