I stepped out for 8 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want flexible hours. Are there returnship programmes?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.

Some employers run returnship programmes. Search for them in St. Louis.
