Re-entering the job market after caregiving, janitorial supervisor here

I used to work as a janitorial supervisor and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Some employers run returnship programmes. Search for them in Nashville.
