Re-entering the job market after caregiving - first time posting

I stepped out for 11 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
