Re-entering the job market after caregiving - first time posting

I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
