Re-entering the job market after caregiving, call-centre agent here

I used to work as a call-centre agent and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
