Re-entering the job market after caregiving

I used to work as a machine operator and I am looking for a part-time role to start. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
