Re-entering the job market after caregiving - 6 months and counting

I stepped out for 6 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am unsure how to describe the break. Are there returnship programmes?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
