Re-entering the job market after caregiving - 4 months and counting

I stepped out for 4 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. I want flexible hours. Are there returnship programmes?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
