Re-entering the job market after caregiving - 12 months and counting

I stepped out for 12 months to care for a family member and now want to return. I want flexible hours. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
