Preparing for my first interview in 9 months (update)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
