Preparing for my first interview in 9 months - first time posting

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have practised answers but they sound stiff.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
