Preparing for my first interview in 9 months - first time posting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
