Preparing for my first interview in 9 months (Boston)

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
