Preparing for my first interview in 9 months - any advice?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
