Preparing for my first interview in 9 months after 8 years as a project coordinator

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a project coordinator.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
