Preparing for my first interview in 9 months after 6 years as a social media manager

It has been 9 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
