Preparing for my first interview in 9 months - 24 weeks in

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a project coordinator before this. The role is similar to my old job as a project coordinator. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
