Preparing for my first interview in 8 months - what worked for you?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. It has been a long 23 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as a store manager. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
