Preparing for my first interview in 8 months - 8 months and counting

It has been 8 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
