Preparing for my first interview in 8 months - 8 months and counting

It has been 8 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
