Preparing for my first interview in 7 months - what worked for you?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
