Preparing for my first interview in 7 months - first time posting

It has been 7 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a sales associate. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
