Preparing for my first interview in 7 months - 4 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a line cook. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
