Preparing for my first interview in 6 months - what worked for you?

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
