Preparing for my first interview in 6 months (update)

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
