Preparing for my first interview in 6 months (update)

It has been 6 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as an electrician's helper. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
