Preparing for my first interview in 6 months (Denver)

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
