Preparing for my first interview in 6 months - any advice?

It has been 6 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
