Preparing for my first interview in 6 months after 8 years as an electrician's helper

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as an electrician's helper. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
