Preparing for my first interview in 6 months - 6 months and counting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. The role is similar to my old job as a pharmacy technician. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
