Preparing for my first interview in 5 months - any advice?

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a customer-service rep.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
