Preparing for my first interview in 5 months - any advice?

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
