Preparing for my first interview in 5 months after 8 years as an administrative assistant

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
