Preparing for my first interview in 5 months after 5 years as an IT help-desk technician

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
