Preparing for my first interview in 5 months after 12 years as a copywriter

It has been 5 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a copywriter. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
