Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - what worked for you?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a warehouse supervisor. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
