Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - what worked for you?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
