Preparing for my first interview in 4 months (Richmond)

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
