Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - first time posting

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
