Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - any advice?

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
