Preparing for my first interview in 4 months after 17 years as a dental hygienist

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as a dental hygienist.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
