Preparing for my first interview in 4 months

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
